Close Encounter in Abel Georgia

In January, 2012, a man walking his dog in Abel, Georgia had an unusual experience. He saw an object he could not identify. It was hovering or moving very slowly. It made no sound that he could hear.

The object had no visible means of propulsion, and was of an elongated, rectangular shape. Soon, he would see other smaller objects. He wondered if these have been the power to propel the larger object?
