Researchers know from many eyewitness reports that unknown flying objects seem to be attracted to electricity and nuclear power. Also, there can be no question that they are also, at times, attracted to, or have some use for water, one of our most valuable resources.
I recently did some research on a well documented case of a UFO seen over the waters of New Jersey in 1966. Numerous eyewitnesses saw the object hover over the water, and even cut a hole out of the ice to access the resource.
